    Also for some fantastic non-edible fillers you can use bath salt, small decorative soaps, floating candles, flower seed packets, customized wedding cds, small sports memoribilia, or a collection of your favorite poetry or music.

    What you might use for packaging...

    Tulle (this comes in various colors) ribbon ( you can get it personalized),raffia ties, scrapbooking paper, token charms, wall paper, colored cellophane.
