These Hershey Kiss rosebud favor instructions are easy to follow...
and will help you to create the perfect illusion of a beautiful rosebud getting ready to bloom! They are perfect for weddings, anniversaries, bridal showers, holidays and any other special occasion on your calendar.
You can either give a single Hershey Kiss Rosebud or wrap them together by the dozen to make a beautiful bouquet.
Supplies you will need for each rose
2 Hershey Kisses
Cellophane wrapping paper (any color of choice pre-cut 4 1/2 to 5 inch squares)
Silk floral stems (with one or two leaves)
Green floral tape
Scissors
9" or 12" pre-cut floral stems or green lollipop sticks
Directions
Place the two Hershey's Kisses together, end to end, and hold in place. Use double stick tape or peel and stick glue dots between the two bottoms to help hold them together. This makes it easier to wrap them.
Wrap the Kisses with cellophane from top to bottom, creating a rose like shape.
Gather the cellophane together at the bottom of the rosebud and add a floral stem or lollipop stick with a leaf close to the bud and twist the cellophane so it's tightly closed.
Wrap the bottom cellophane closed with floral tape, going around the stem while pulling it tight all the way down to the end. If you use green lollipop sticks wrapping with the green floral tape down the stick is optional. You can just wrap the bottom of the rose bud to close the cellophane
That's it! Quite simple especially if you particularly enjoy crafting.
Try irredescent cellophane and mix colors together. Experiment and have fun. You will be extremely pleased with the results!
